Dan Sinas

Dan has spent his entire career in human resources management, working for Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller, privately owned enterprises. He was born and raised in Michigan and was such an avid Michigan State Spartan fan, he decided to attend there. After graduating from MSU with a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Dan has directed human resources departments in both union and non-union environments, and has extensive experience in domestic and foreign operations. Dan provides hundreds of clients with solutions to their human resources issues, and guides them through the myriad of employment laws and regulations. He and his wife of over 30 years have three lovely children, one brand new grandbaby, and when not spending time with them, he enjoys humiliating himself on the golf course.

Debbie Dobbs CFO

Debbie serves as the CFO at the PR Companies.  In this role, she has the opportunity to work with clients and vendors and is responsible for the daily management of the Payroll and Accounting team.  As the leader of this team for the past five years, she has guided them through two software conversions, streamlined processes, cut costs and implemented a certification program for her staff.

In 2013 Debbie completed the required certification training and testing for the Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association.  She, as well as, members of her team, maintain their certification through continuing education.

As a member of the PR Companies Leadership and Executive teams she helps solve problems, meet client needs and strategize for the future.  Debbie is dedicated to the success of our companies by leading and participating.

As they say, “she works hard off the field as she does on it”.  Debbie is a graduate of the University of West Florida and is looking forward to the Argonaut’s first football season in 2016.  Of course she loves Alabama, Auburn and Florida State…..she just likes to watch her favorite “teams” play.  Spending time with her family, camping and fishing are her favorite things to do in her spare time.

Ben Harrision President

Ben has worked in the staffing industry since 1988. Over the years, he has developed a variety of safety and incentive programs for companies throughout the Southeast. Ben has many years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of employee productivity and performance tracking systems including expertise in employee hiring and profiling from entry level to executive positions. Additionally, he has written and produced numerous training and orientation videos for staffing clients and other related businesses. Since 2008, he has served on the Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Best Practices Board of Directors, which certifies individual PEO companies in best practices concerning their own workers compensation processes and programs.
Ben began his business career at age 19. His first official business had two employees and the profits paid his way through college. Ben continues to invest in other businesses outside of Personnel Resources. His community involvement consists of serving on numerous boards of directors over the years including March of Dimes Walk America and Boy Scouts of America. Ben also served as the publicity chairman for the Rotary Club and was a charter member of Vistage (a group of area business leaders) and Wisdom Hunters (a business coaching club). Ben is a strong believer in family values and has coached little league and traveling baseball for years with his son. He has been active in his church, serving as the chairman of the human resources committee, organizing a business person Sunday School class and launching the Koinonia Kaffe, a coffeehouse ministry, with his wife in 2007.
Ben is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Visual Communications. He is married to Rhonda and has four children.

Jeff McKeown

Jeff joined the Personnel Resources team in 2013 to help grow and develop the companies brand and to help implement the aggressive e growth plan put forward by the Board of Directors. After graduating from the University of Illinois he immediately got involved in the staffing industry and started his own staffing company at the age of 26 which he sold to investors in 2012.

His strengths lie in client development, implementing sales strategies, creating operations processes and building strong cohesive teams. Active in his community he is a former President of the Racine Founders Rotary Club, the Racine Area Young Professionals and serves on the boards of numerous charities and civic organizations. He is committed to making Personnel Resources the number one staffing company in any market they enter.

He currently lives in Racine, WI with his wife Meredith and his two children.

Becky Carter

When Becky Harrison Carter originally founded Personnel Resources, she has one goal in mind – To Help People Succeed – and for the past twenty five years she has been doing just that!  While Becky no longer works in the office on a daily basis, she is active on the board of directors and provides valuable insight into the direction of all of the PR Companies which include: Preferred Risk Services, a commercial insurance agency, and PREmployer, a PEO.  Becky’s driving force is her two children – Harrison (20) and Caitlyn (17).  In her spare time she is active in the community serving the Humane Society and the Boys and Girls Club of the Wiregrass Alabama area and she is also active in her church – Covenant United Methodist Church.

Warren Clayton

Bloomington, MN

A former Marine, Warren is driven to excel in all areas of his life. He is from Blythe, California, and started his career in insurance sales in 1981. Dedicated to meeting the needs of his customers, and highly disciplined, he became a Regional Vice President with Primerica by age 28.

Warren moved to Minnesota in 1986 and began his career in the staffing industry in July, 1988, working for Quality Temp. Within four years, Warren started a new territory and took it to $6.2 million in yearly gross revenue.

Later, he was hired by SSI Group where he developed sales of $7.5 million in two and one-half years. He continued to lead SSI Group in sales for an additional thirteen years.

In May of 2008, Warren joined forces with two partners and formed Preferred Employment Group. Responsible for business development, Warren led the company to $4.9 million in gross annual revenues by 2012.

Throughout his career, the secret to his success in developing new business and keeping existing companies happy for years at a time, is his sincere belief that he is not selling, but rather serving. The techniques he mastered as a financial services representative, translate well to the staffing industry, where he easily earns the trust of benefits managers and is quick to uncover their needs and determine how to best solve them. This ability to find a win-win solution quickly is appreciated by all—his clients, staffing managers and those dependent upon his ability to generate revenues.

A man of faith, Warren sees his role as one of service and enjoys his chosen career of creating jobs. He is married to his wife Kathryn, a business development consultant and writer.

Shantel Czywczynski

Bloomington, MN

Shantel has been with Personnel Resources since September 2015. She has 15 years of clerical/administrative experience and uses her experiences to help work our busy front office desk. She also serves as our Payroll Specialist. In her spare time Shantel enjoys painting, refinishing furniture and spending time with her lovely children and husband.

Lucia Martinez

Bloomington, MN

Lucy Martinez has been with Personnel Resources since June of 2014 as a Personnel Supervisor. Before deciding to go into staffing she worked as a preschool teacher. She has always enjoyed working with people and loves putting people to work. She says she loves coming to work everyday! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son and shopping.
