Our May Expert Spotlight is on Adam Harden. Adam has been working with Personnel Resources since 2009 and serves as the Director of Operations for the Dothan office. In his role as Operations Director, Adam is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the recruiting and administrative team, and is also in charge of maintaining and implementing all policies and procedures for the company. Adam is also responsible for all research and development of their employee database.
Adam is a 2007 graduate of Troy University in Troy, Alabama, where he received his B.S. of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
Adam is married to Heather Harden and they have two daughters; Addie-Reece and Harper-Mae. They attend Westgate Church of Christ where he is very involved with helping out with the Children’s ministry and singing on the praise team. When he is not working at Personnel Resources, Adam enjoys hunting, fishing, college sports, and working out with his wife.
