Anna Brooke Phillips

Through commitment to her Personnel Resources team, Anna Brooke leads our direct hire recruiting with skills in recruiting, management, human resources, and sales. Anna Brooke started her career at Personnel Resources in 2006 and served as the Director of Operations from 2009-2018. She has now ventured out as our first offsite recruiter specializing in all direct hire positions. A true southern belle with a double name who was born and raised in Dothan, AI. After attending college she ventured in to the staffing world and found her niche at the age of 21. Now having over a decade of experience in recruiting and leadership, she sets the bar high to meet and exceed her candidate and clients expectations. In January of 2014 Anna Brooke took her Human Resources knowledge to the next level by obtaining her PHR and SHRM-CP. When Anna Brooke is not working on her next great placement she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boys, using her creative side to paint and refinish furniture, and being involved in church and nonprofit groups.

Dan Sinas

Dan has spent his entire career in human resources management, working for Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller, privately owned enterprises. He was born and raised in Michigan and was such an avid Michigan State Spartan fan, he decided to attend there. After graduating from MSU with a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Dan has directed human resources departments in both union and non-union environments, and has extensive experience in domestic and foreign operations. Dan provides hundreds of clients with solutions to their human resources issues, and guides them through the myriad of employment laws and regulations. He and his wife of over 30 years have three lovely children, one brand new grandbaby, and when not spending time with them, he enjoys humiliating himself on the golf course.

Amy Gardner

Dothan, AL

With over 20 years in the industry, Amy has a true passion for putting people to work. She started in the industry while working her way through college. After graduation from the University of Monroe, she opened her first office and has served in recruiting, sales, and management for over two decades. Upon relocation from Nashville, she joined the Personnel Resources family and has been a recruiter with them since 2009. She has been married to her husband Jeff since 2005 and has 3 children. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.

Debbie Dobbs CFO

Debbie serves as the CFO at the PR Companies.  In this role, she has the opportunity to work with clients and vendors and is responsible for the daily management of the Payroll and Accounting team.  As the leader of this team for the past five years, she has guided them through two software conversions, streamlined processes, cut costs and implemented a certification program for her staff.

In 2013 Debbie completed the required certification training and testing for the Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association.  She, as well as, members of her team, maintain their certification through continuing education.

As a member of the PR Companies Leadership and Executive teams she helps solve problems, meet client needs and strategize for the future.  Debbie is dedicated to the success of our companies by leading and participating.

As they say, “she works hard off the field as she does on it”.  Debbie is a graduate of the University of West Florida and is looking forward to the Argonaut’s first football season in 2016.  Of course she loves Alabama, Auburn and Florida State…..she just likes to watch her favorite “teams” play.  Spending time with her family, camping and fishing are her favorite things to do in her spare time.

Ben Harrision President

Ben Harrison

Ben has worked in the staffing industry since 1988. Over the years, he has developed a variety of safety and incentive programs for companies throughout the Southeast. Ben has many years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of employee productivity and performance tracking systems including expertise in employee hiring and profiling from entry level to executive positions. In his early years, he wrote and produced numerous training and orientation videos for staffing clients and other related businesses. During 2008-2012, he served on the Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Best Practices Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, which certifies individual PEO companies in best practices concerning their own workers compensation processes and programs.

Ben is a member of a local Vistage group that meets for a day once a month. Vistage is an international organization of business CEO’s meeting as peer groups advising each other on all matters of succeeding in business and life. Ben is a charter member of his group that started in 2007.

Ben spends time serving various charitable groups. He has been coaching club baseball since 2006. His current team, Wiregrass Indians, plays summer ball at various college stadiums around the Southeast for the purpose of advancing players into the college game. Ben enjoys family, travel, snow skiing, fishing and baseball. He and his wife Rhonda started Koinonia Kaffe, a coffee house ministry (2006-2012) in Headland, Alabama. They have four grown children. Ben and Rhonda are members of Abbeville United Methodist Church in Abbeville, Alabama.

Ben has a BA in Visual Communications from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Mary Beth Maddox

Within six months of her start date at Personnel Resources, Mary Beth had landed two on-site staffing accounts and had added over 200 positions to the company roster.  She was regularly seen sporting a hair net, ear plugs and smelled of peanuts but she was having the time of her life! Since then, she has become our resident “woo hoo” girl!  Full of energy and enthusiasm, she is passionate about helping our clients, our employees and our staff. Employed with PR since 1996, she is now a staffing veteran and can’t imagine working in any other industry or for any other company.  Mary Beth has lived in Dothan for most of her life and is widely regarded as a “networking ninja.”  Always eager to serve, Mary Beth is a Past Chairman of the Dothan Area Chamber and a member of the Governor’s Workforce Council.  In 2017, she was recognized by Business Alabama as a “mover and shaker” and has served as both Chairman of the Board and Overall Campaign Chair for the Wiregrass United Way.  Mary Beth is also the first ever female President of either Dothan Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow.

Becky Carter

When Becky Harrison Carter originally founded Personnel Resources, she has one goal in mind – To Help People Succeed – and for the past twenty five years she has been doing just that!  While Becky no longer works in the office on a daily basis, she is active on the board of directors and provides valuable insight into the direction of all of the PR Companies which include: Preferred Risk Services, a commercial insurance agency, and PREmployer, a PEO.  Becky’s driving force is her two children – Harrison (20) and Caitlyn (17).  In her spare time she is active in the community serving the Humane Society and the Boys and Girls Club of the Wiregrass Alabama area and she is also active in her church – Covenant United Methodist Church.

Susan Daniel

Dothan, AL

As part of Personnel Resources recruiting team, Susan is an onsite liaison between Personnel Resources and our clients. Born in New York, Susan found her way to Georgia where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religion with a minor in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. Susan has over 20 years of professional administrative skills that she uses to facilitate the functionality between Personnel Resources’ clients and employees. In 2014 she joined Personnel Resources, and since then has developed a successful onsite position at one of our largest clients. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband Gary, walking the dog, and keeping up with biblical studies.

Wes Crowley

Dothan, AL

Wesley Crowley joined Personnel Resources in 2010 and has over fifteen years of sales experience. Raised on a farm, Wes has always had a passion for the Wiregrass and the people who live there. As a member of Wiregrass Church and several city and county chambers, Wes is able to fuel his passion by playing an active role in the growth and enhancement of the community that he holds dear. He is an adoring husband to his wife, Gina, and a devoted father to four children, ranging in ages from preschool to a senior in college. In his spare time, Wes enjoys hunting on the family farm and collecting antiques and primitive farm tools.

Natalie Nelson

Dothan, AL

Natalie serves on our team as an industrial recruiter.  With years of customer service and recruiting experience, she brings her passion for helping people to our team. Natalie was born and raised in Dothan and spent over 17 years in the financial industry.  She enjoys being involved in our community and has served in different areas with many different non-profit organizations.  Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children as well as traveling and shopping.

Katie Saliba

Dothan, AL

Katie has been with Personnel Resources since 2016 where she began as the sales and marketing assistant and learned all about how to best service PR’s clients. Since then, she has moved into a full sales role where she enjoys meeting with companies to learn and tailor to their unique staffing needs. Katie was raised in Dothan before she started at Troy University where she received her undergraduate degree in marketing and continued to Auburn University where she earned her MBA. By far her favorite part of her job is the opportunity to connect with and help so many different kinds of businesses that each have their own story.

Katie is actively involved in the Wiregrass United Way, Dothan Area Young Professionals, Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce and at her church, Covenant United Methodist Church. She is married to Ben Saliba and they recently welcomed their first child, Sloan. Aside from being a wife and mom, Katie enjoys local events, good food, fitness and any creative project she can get her hands on. When she’s not at work or around town, you can find Katie down at the beach or up in Tuscaloosa seeing her family with her husband, daughter and dog in tow.

Payton Williams Recruiter

Dothan, AL

Payton began her career with Personnel Resources in the Summer of 2018 where she held the title of Human Resources Intern. It was during this time that she found her true passion in the staffing industry. There was not a doubt in her mind she wanted to return to Personnel Resources upon graduation. As soon as Payton graduated, she returned as a Recruiter Assistant and has since transitioned into the role of Recruiter. Payton enjoys her job because she has always been a result driven person. Being able to see the results of someone bettering their life by beginning a career is extremely fulfilling and she cannot imagine spending her time doing anything else.

Payton is no stranger to the wiregrass area being a lifelong resident of the small town of Ashford, Alabama. She attended Ashford High School and continued her education at Auburn University where she received her bachelor’s degree in human resources management. She enjoys cheering on the Auburn Tigers, being at the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Adam Harden

Dothan, AL

Adam Harden, has been working with Personnel Resources since 2009 and serves as the Director of Operations. In his role as Operations Director, Adam is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the recruiting and administrative team, and is also in charge of maintaining and implementing all policies and procedures for the company. Adam is also responsible for all research and development of their employee database.

Adam is a 2007 graduate of Troy University in Troy, Alabama, where he received his B.S. of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. While enrolled at Troy University, Adam was very involved on campus, serving as Vice President for the Christian Student Center, and was also a member of Farmhouse Fraternity.

Adam continues to stay involved in the local community, recently completing Leadership Dothan in 2018. He and his family attend Westgate Church of Christ where he is very involved with helping out with the Children’s ministry and singing on the praise team.

Adam is married to Heather Harden and they have two daughters; Addie-Reece  and Harper-Mae. When he is not working at Personnel Resources, Adam enjoys hunting, fishing, college sports, and working out with his wife.
