Natalie says, “The recruiting world is hard but very rewarding. I enjoy helping people and I get to do that every day by helping our clients find good employees as well as helping people find positions to support their families. It is a great feeling when you hear back from an employee that they are thriving in a job you placed them at. Even with all the challenges recruiting brings, it is by far my favorite job!”
