Are your services free to applicants?

Yes! Our services are completely paid for by our clients so applicants and employees pay nothing to have us help in finding them a job.

How does Personnel Resources work?

We are a staffing company that hires for over 200 companies a year in 4 states. After filling out an application, you can expect an interview from one of our recruiters. Our hiring criteria is based upon skillset, work history, job preferences and availability. If we are unable to place you the same day, you will receive a call from our recruiting team if a position comes available that matches your skill set and preferences. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date on your application.

What types of jobs do you hire for?

Our temporary staffing division hires for a variety of manufacturing and professional office support positions. This ranges from assembly and forklift to administrative and customer service. Our professional search division hires in plant management, sales, human resources, trade, transportation, utilities, and much more. How do I fill out my W4 (federal tax form)?

If you are filling out your W-4 and you’re unsure how to complete certain sections, you can follow along with this step-by-step guide. All of the numbers on your W-4 can be changed or adjusted at any point in the future if needed.

How do I know the right amount of taxes is coming out of my check?

It is your responsibility to ensure your tax withholdings are filled out correctly. To ensure you have the right amount of tax withheld from your paycheck, you can use this IRS tax withholding estimator.

I’m filling out my I9 form. What documents are acceptable for Section 2?

I don’t have a bank account. Do you offer another option?

Yes! We offer a pay card option for those that don’t have a bank account.

I forgot my username and password. How can I get help?

We can help you reset your password! Please reach out to your local branch for assistance.

When do I get paid?

PR’s pay day is Friday. You will be paid on Fridays for the hours you worked the previous week

How long is my application active?

Your application with us in active for 6 months. Should a job come available for you, it is critical the application is up to date with the best contact information for us to reach you.

What other options do I have if PR can’t help me?

While we try to place everyone who applies with Personnel Resources there are times when we do not have an opening that matches the skillset or work history for every applicant. In these cases, we suggest you apply with other local staffing agencies, subscribe to other job boards and contact your state career center to aid in your job search.

We have offices located in Dothan, Alabama, Racine, Wisconsin, and Bloomington and Saint Paul, Minnesota. For our temporary and try hire division, we can staff up to a 100-mile radius of our office locations. For our direct placements and large volume accounts, we can serve you from anywhere in the nation.
