At a minimum you will be qualified to receive a 40 hour service bonus check after working a total of 2,080 hours for all assignments with the company. Once you have accumulated 2,080 hours of work, you will be required to submit a request to be issued a check for 40 hours of pay at your most recent straight-time rate of pay, payable within 30 days of reaching the required service time. Unused/unpaid service credit time will not be paid out upon voluntary or involuntary termination of employment.

At a minimum the company provides paid time off for certain holidays. After completing six months of continuous service, you will be eligible for paid holidays as follows:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

In the event your on-site employer is open on these holidays, and you are scheduled to work, you may request holiday pay in addition to your time worked (if you are eligible for holiday pay). Employees will not be given another day off in lieu of working on a holiday. Holiday time is not subject to overtime pay regulations. You must be present at work the scheduled workdays before and after the holiday in order to be paid for holiday time.
