Jeff McKeown
Vice President Midwest Division
Location: Mount Pleasant, WI
Jeff joined the Personnel Resources team in 2013 to help grow and develop the company’s brand and to help implement a growth plan in the Midwest. After graduating from the University of Illinois he immediately got involved in the staffing industry and started his own staffing company at the age of 26 which he sold to investors in 2012.
His strengths lie in client development, implementing sales strategies, creating operations processes, and building strong cohesive teams. Active in his community he is a former President of the Racine Founders Rotary Club, the Racine Area Young Professionals and serves on the boards of numerous charities and civic organizations including the Racine County YMCA. He is committed to making Personnel Resources the number one staffing company in any market they enter.
He currently lives in Racine, WI with his wife Meredith and his two children, two dogs and two cats. He enjoys spending time with all of them.
MaryBeth Meadows
Senior Executive Vice President
Location: Dothan, Alabama
Mary Beth Meadows worked in outside sales for twelve years before joining the team at Personnel Resources in 1996. Within six months of her start date at Personnel Resources, Mary Beth had landed two on-site staffing accounts and had added over 200 positions to the company roster. She was regularly seen sporting a hair net, ear plugs and smelled of peanuts but she was having the time of her life! Since then, she has become our resident “WOO HOO!” girl! Full of energy and enthusiasm, she is passionate about helping our clients, our employees and our staff. Employed with PR since 1996, she is now a staffing veteran and can’t imagine working in any other industry or for any other company.
As Senior Executive Vice President, Mary Beth leads a staffing team that makes over 5000 job placements each year for around 225 different companies in the Southeast. She also leads a sales agency for their sister company, PR Employer, which helps businesses reduce employee related costs through outsourcing payroll, human resources and benefits.
Mary Beth was President of her home town Chamber at age 19 and is also a Past Chairman of the Board for of the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2017, she was recognized by Business Alabama as a “mover and shaker” and is a graduate of Leadership Alabama. She has served as both Chairman of the Board and Overall Campaign Chair for the Wiregrass United Way where she has helped to raise over four million dollars for area nonprofits.
Mary Beth is also the first ever female President of either Dothan Rotary Club. She is currently a member of the Dothan Rotary Club where she received her first Paul Harris Fellow. Mary Beth also serves on the Governor’s Workforce Council for Region 6 and was recently appointed to the Dothan Industrial Development Board. She is also the city delegate for the cooperative District of ACOM.
Mary Beth is a graduate of Troy University. She and her husband Brook, live in Dothan. They have four children and one Granddaughter.
Katie Saliba
Sales – Dothan
Location: Dothan, AL
Shortly after graduating college and moving back to Dothan, Katie Saliba joined our team in 2016. With a love for people and energy that never seems to run low, Katie enjoys the different industries and companies that her job allows her to come in contact with. Katie graduated locally from high school and went off to secure her Bachelor’s degree from Troy University and then her MBA from Auburn University. She’ll tell you that she never grew up dreaming of being in outside sales for a living but something about the field of recruiting and the human part of business – the shoe fits!
Locally, Katie is plugged into our community and serves on the board for the Wiregrass United Way, Southeast Alabama Dance Company and Thalian Mardi Gras Society. She also represents our corner of the state on the Alabama Staffing Association board where she serves as Secretary. Last year, she was highlighted in the Dothan Area Chamber’s Top 20 Under 40 class. She also co-hosts a podcast with Mary Beth called People-ing with Purpose. She and her husband got married 3 weeks before she started at Personnel Resources and since then, they have added 3 PR babies to our roster. Katie and Ben are both actively involved in their industries, community and church and are lake Eufaula enthusiasts in the warm summer months in Alabama.
Wes Crowley
Sales – Dothan
Location: Dothan, AL
Wesley Crowley joined Personnel Resources in 2010 and has over twenty years of sales experience. Raised on a farm, Wes has always had a passion for the Wiregrass and the people who live there. As a member of Cottonwood First Baptist Church and several city and county chambers, he also serves on the board for Alfred Saliba Family Services and Landmark Park. Wes is able to fuel his passion by playing an active role in the growth and enhancement of the community that he holds dear. He is an adoring husband to his wife, Gina, and a devoted father to four children, ranging in ages from 12 to 28. Wes recently celebrated the arrival of a new grand baby into the family and eagerly anticipates welcoming more grandchildren in the years to come. In his spare time, Wes enjoys hunting on the family farm and collecting antiques and primitive farm tools.
