Meet Our People

Jeff joined the Personnel Resources team in 2013 to help grow and develop the company’s brand and to help implement a growth plan in the Midwest.  After graduating from the University of Illinois he immediately got involved in the staffing industry and started his own staffing company at the age of 26 which he sold to investors in 2012.

His strengths lie in client development, implementing sales strategies, creating operations processes, and building strong cohesive teams. Active in his community he is a former President of the Racine Founders Rotary Club, the Racine Area Young Professionals and serves on the boards of numerous charities and civic organizations including the Racine County YMCA. He is committed to making Personnel Resources the number one staffing company in any market they enter.

He currently lives in Racine, WI with his wife Meredith and his two children, two dogs and two cats.  He enjoys spending time with all of them.

Mary Beth Meadows worked in outside sales for twelve years before joining the team at Personnel Resources in 1996.  Within six months of her start date at Personnel Resources, Mary Beth had landed two on-site staffing accounts and had added over 200 positions to the company roster.  She was regularly seen sporting a hair net, ear plugs and smelled of peanuts but she was having the time of her life! Since then, she has become our resident “WOO HOO!” girl!  Full of energy and enthusiasm, she is passionate about helping our clients, our employees and our staff. Employed with PR since 1996, she is now a staffing veteran and can’t imagine working in any other industry or for any other company.  

As Senior Executive Vice President, Mary Beth leads a staffing team that makes over 5000 job placements each year for around 225 different companies in the Southeast.  She also leads a sales agency for their sister company, PR Employer, which helps businesses reduce employee related costs through outsourcing payroll, human resources and benefits.  

Mary Beth was President of her home town Chamber at age 19 and is also a Past Chairman of the Board for of the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce.  In 2017, she was recognized by Business Alabama as a “mover and shaker” and is a graduate of Leadership Alabama.  She has served as both Chairman of the Board and Overall Campaign Chair for the Wiregrass United Way where she has helped to raise over four million dollars for area nonprofits.

 Mary Beth is also the first ever female President of either Dothan Rotary Club.  She is currently a member of the Dothan Rotary Club where she received her first Paul Harris Fellow.  Mary Beth also serves on the Governor’s Workforce Council for Region 6 and was recently appointed to the Dothan Industrial Development Board.  She is also the city delegate for the cooperative District of ACOM.

Mary Beth is a graduate of Troy University.  She and her husband Brook, live in Dothan.  They have four children and one Granddaughter.       

Anna Brooke is the Direct Placement Director for Personnel Resources.  Anna Brooke started her career at Personnel Resources in 2006 and served as the Director of Operations from 2009-2018. Since stepping down from Director of Operations she has now ventured out as our first offsite recruiter specializing in all direct hire positions. Having a diverse background in recruiting, management, human resources, and sales gives her a solid understanding of what it takes to find a great employee.  Whether your need be for an entry level employee or a more skilled C Suite executive she’s up for the challenge.   Anna Brooke was born and raised in Dothan and has always had strong involvement in the Wiregrass community.  After attending college, she ventured in to the staffing world and found her niche at the age of 21. Now having over a decade of experience in recruiting and leadership, she sets the bar high to meet and exceed her candidate and client’s expectations. In January of 2014 Anna Brooke took her Human Resources knowledge to the next level by obtaining her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.  She actively participates in continuing education for human resources and recruiting to ensure she is always current with the ever-changing human resources regulations. Anna Brooke is also actively involved with the local Wiregrass Human Resources Management Association where she serves as Vice President. When Anna Brooke is not working on her next great placement, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boys, using her creative side to paint and refinish furniture, and being involved in church and nonprofit groups.

I have worked in the recruitment industry for 8 years, ultimately gaining experience in sales, human resources practices, management, and recruiting. As a recruiter, I take pride in ensuring that placements are a strong match for all parties. My passion for recruiting is finding people careers rather than simply jobs.  

I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goal is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients alike and can-do attitude.  

Ever since I can remember I have always been a people’s person, so I have chosen recruiting as a career because I love helping people by placing them with the great companies Personnel Resources works with.  

I am an initiative-taking individual driven to find new ways to innovate and to better serve our client’s needs. 

In my free time I enjoy cooking and spending time with friends and family. I am originally from Mexico and fluent in Spanish.

Since joining Personnel Resources in 2009, Adam has developed a passion for serving our clients as well as assisting people in the community in finding job opportunities to help them advance their careers. Born and Raised in Dothan, AL, Adam has developed many relationships with local business owners through both church and other extracurricular activities, making him a huge asset to our company. Adam graduated from Troy University in 2007 with a B.S. Degree in Human Resources Management. He has been happily married to Heather Harden since 2008 and they have one daughter, Addie- Reece. When Adam isn’t busy filling orders for clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and doing CrossFit.

Mary has been with Personnel Resources for over 6 years, with over 25 years of experience in recruiting and management. She has been committed to achieving unmatched customer service and providing end to end support for both clients and fellow coworkers. Her key strengths include delivering successful hires while providing cost effective recruiting solutions and maintaining satisfactory customer relations. When not at work she enjoys traveling with her four children and husband across the country and beyond. She believes in success through hard work and determination while carrying the motto “If you want something work hard to achieve it there are no shortcuts”.

Katie Saliba has been a part of Personnel Resources’ sales team since 2016 where she enjoys meeting with companies to learn and tailor strategies for their unique staffing needs. Katie is a local girl and was raised in Dothan before she started at Troy University where she received her undergraduate degree in marketing and continued to Auburn University where she earned her MBA. By far her favorite part of her job is the opportunity to connect with and help so many different kinds of businesses that make up her hometown.

 Katie is actively involved in the Wiregrass United Way, Dothan Area Young Professionals, Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce and at her church, Covenant United Methodist Church. She is married to Ben Saliba and together they juggle their raising 3 small children – Sloan, Ellis and Marshall . Aside from being a wife and mom, Katie enjoys local events, good food, fitness and any creative project she can get her hands on.

Wesley Crowley joined Personnel Resources in 2010 and has over fifteen years of sales experience. Raised on a farm, Wes has always had a passion for the Wiregrass and the people who live there. Wes and his family attend Cottonwood First Baptist Church and he is a part of several city and county chambers, Wes is able to fuel his passion by playing an active role in the growth and enhancement of the community that he holds dear. He is an adoring husband to his wife, Gina, and a devoted father to four children, ranging in ages from 10-27. In his spare time, Wes enjoys hunting on the family farm and collecting antiques and primitive farm tools.
